If the customer cancels their reservation, a 20% penalty will be applied to the amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the reservation terms and applicable laws. In cases of force majeure that are properly justified, the paid amount will be refunded in accordance with the regulations. The estimated time to process refunds is 15 days to one month.
